Erasing Internet Tracks

I am often asked if there are ways to erase the tracks of the sites visited on your computer. The answer is two-fold: Yes, you can, but it is easier to use a program to do it for you.

My suggestion is to use Ad-Aware free version for this. this does two things: It offers protection against Malware and Spyware, as well as use the Track Sweep feature to erase your internet browsing history.

Once again I can not over-emphasize the importance of using some kind of Anti-Spyware program at all times on your PC, so the added feature of Ad-Aware is nice. Download it here.

  1. Ad-Aware is certainly nice as you said. I second your opinion. using other anti-spamming tools may put fresh issues before you.
