Comcast has started sending out cease and desist letters to people for using too much bandwidth. They give the customer a month to decrease their usage. Problem is, they don’t tell them how much they were using or how much they allow. Several customers have reported being shut off from the broadband connection even after reducing their load on the system. It seems that the FCC should have a hand in this, but it does not seem to be widespread enough of a problem. Maybe a blog post like this will help.
