Sometimes having unsecured financing can be risky since a startup business may not work out the way we want. As with many successful businessman, they actually started out losing and slowly crawl their way back again. Having credit card financing could also mean taking loans with higher interest rate and unless the business could give high return or profit margin, this could be very risky. If a person prefers a secure but slower method of getting financing, then going through bank loans is one of the options.

I like the phrase “You could hit up some friends, if you want to lose them”. This is what we called much easy to get friends in happy time, but when you cry, hard to get even a friend to lend a shoulder for you to cry on. Back to topic of unsecured financing, normally they offer very prompt cash, within short lead time, but very very HIGH interest. It’s better to apply loan from local Banks, instead of from the unsecured financing. Save life, save money !
