Atari Getting Back on Its Feet Again

Friday, December 28th, 2007

Atari is a popular video game brand early in the 1980’s. However, their production waned over time, giving way to the newer brands like Nintendo, Sega, and eventually, the Playstation and Xbox. Atari decision to continue operation in the US market is still on rocky grounds, as a lot the people behind the company themselves are doubting they could do it after they have sold their development studios.

Atari US is reconstructing, and its owners are showing a light of optimism that they could regain the market they once held. But Atari US said that their arm operating in Europe is doing just fine, despite the changes happening in the US. It is business as usual for Atari Europe.

Wednesday, July 20th, 2005

Sometimes you want to get rid of some of the frequently used programs in the XP Start menu to. Right-click in an empty section of the Start menu’s left column, and select Properties > Start Menu > Customize. Here you’ll find the settings for the Start Menu Frequently Used Programs. (XP keeps track of what you use and what you don’t, then updates this list dynamically.) Does your boss need to know that you are playing solitaire all day? Go to the General tab, click Clear List, and set the counter to zero.
